Police say all have been charged with 2nd degree murder, after inmate found last June
Another person has been arrested in connection to the death of an inmate at the Niagara Detention Centre.
Police were called to the jail last June, to find a 52-year old man without vital signs... he soon passed away.
Last month, police arrested seven men, all from Niagara, and charged each with 2nd degree murder.
On Friday, police say they arrested an eighth man, 44-year old Julio Zari-Torres of Pelham, and charged him with 2nd degree murder.
The youngest of the accused is 19, the oldest is 44.
