Sabrina Kauldhar will be forced into treatment
The woman accused of killiing 47-year old Lance Cunningham in Niagara Falls, as well as two other people in Toronto and Hamilton, has been deemed unfit to stand trial.
The Toronto Star is reporting a judge has ruled 30-year old Sabrina Kauldhar be forced to take antipsychotic medication, in hopes she'll be able to be in court next month.
The judge made the decision after a psychiatrist said he tried three times to talk to Kauldhar in jail, but got nowhere.
The doctor said she appeared confused and didn't know what was happening.
This doesn't mean the case won't get tried, it means it could be at a later date.
