The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is bringing back the Ambassador Program.
Beginning July 9th, Shaw Guild volunteers will return to the streets of the Heritage District to welcome visitors and provide information about the town.
The ambassadors, who will be available between noon and 4:00 p.m. Friday - Sunday, will also educate the public about provincial COVID-19 regulations and public health recommendations.
CAO Marnie Cluckie says the program provides a great service to visitors.
"The Ambassador Program is truly an example of excellence in its ability to educate the public while creating a friendly environment for visitors. On behalf of Town Staff, we thank everyone involved in making this such a successful program."
