Another anti-mask rally is planned outside Niagara Regional Headquarters in Thorold.
It's happening today at noon.
The demonstration is being organized by the Niagara chapter of Hugs Over Masks.
The group held its first rally in Thorold on Thursday, speaking out against Niagara's mandatory mask bylaw.
Regional Council will meet on Thursday to discuss extending the current bylaw, which is set to expire at the end of the month.
