City offering grants to artists, businesses and organizations for a variety of initiatives.
Artists and organizations can now apply for funding under the St. Catharines Cultural Investment Program (SCCIP).
Applications are open until March 24th for the Culture Days Activity Program.
The program provides grants to artists, businesses and organizations to host activities during Culture Days in St. Catharines, which takes place September 23rd to October 16th.
Applications are also being accepted until April 14th for the Sustaining Core and Sustaining Midsized Programs, which support non-profit arts organizations.
The City of St. Catharines also says applications for two other SCCIP programs - Arts Development and Culture Builds Community - will open on March 31st.
Last year, a total of $400,000 in funding was granted to 37 applicants across all SCCIP funding streams.
