Today is School Crossing Guard Appreciation Day in Ontario.
It's a day to send a shout out to your favourite Crossing Guard.
Niagara Regional Police say there are several ways to support your local guard everyday by following their signals, following posted speed limits in school zones, and remain stopped until all pedestrians and guards have cleared a crossing
