Bill Hodgson is back with the NPCA, as the Niagara Source Protection Committee Chair.
He was appointed by the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.
It's effective immediately until August 2022.
The former Lincoln Mayor already has a history with the NPCA.
Hodgson resigned from the NPCA board after he was publicly censored back in 2017.
He was accused of corrupting the hiring process of an auditor, but Ontario's Auditor General cleared his name afterwards.
