Statistics Canada says cross-border visits by Canadian and Americans are up from last year.
The agency says it's the sixth consecutive month of year-over-year growth of visits to the U-S by Canadian residents.
But U-S residents' visits to Canada also increased by 17% last month, compared to the same month last year.
StatCan says the spike is the eighth consecutive month of year-over-year increases of Americans travelling to Canada.
