Health Canada to provide updated data today as concerns grow about vaccine safety

Yesterday, the country recorded its first case of a blood clot linked to the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine.

Meantime, the United States paused the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine following six reports of blood clots linked to the shot

While Canada has approved the J-and-J vaccine, we have not received any shipments yet.

Quebec's health ministry who reported the blood clot in a woman who received Astra Zeneca says she is now recovering at home and "there is no fear for her life".
