National day of mourning to take place on September 19th.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says a federal holiday will be held to mark the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
The holiday will take place on September 19th, which is the day of her state funeral.
In provinces that don't come on board with the plan, only federally regulated workers will get the day off.
In Ontario, a provincial day of mourning will be held instead of a provincial holiday.
