It was back in April when a motorcycle hit a minivan on Highway 20, as the minivan made a left hand turn
Police have charged two people involved in a collision that happened in April on Highway 20 in Pelham.
Officers arrived on scene to find a minivan was turning left into a driveway, near Maple Street, when two motorcycles approached.
The 30-year old Port Colborne man driving the 1st bike hit the side of the minivan, he was killed.
The driver of the 2nd bike lost control and slid to the ground, she suffered minor injuries.
Police now say the 19-year old Port Colborne man driving the minivan is charged with careless driving causing death, and the 27-year old West Lincoln woman on the 2nd bike charged with improper licence, and not having insurance.
