A 32-year-old man has been charged after a fatal crash in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
A car collided head on with a Porsche on Niagara Stone Road on July 29th killing a 60-year-old woman.
The woman was driving the Porsche at the time and driver of the car was also taken to hospital with serious injuries.
He was arrested yesterday and he has been charged with dangerous driving causing death, impaired driving causing death and possession of a schedule 1 substance.
