Police add foul play is not suspected
Two people have been charged by police with neglecting a dead body, and indignity to a dead body, in connection to the death of Jonathan
Cronkwright.
Cronkwright had been reported missing to police last month, and his body was found a few days later by searchers in a Raymond Street house.
Today, Niagara Regional police arrested and charged 34-year old Michael (Mike) Patterson of no fixed address, and 33-year old Samantha Embert, also of fixed address.
They both remain in police custody pending a bail hearing tomorrow in St. Catharines.
Police add they recognize the difficult time and circumstances endured by the family and friends of Jonathan, and appreciate their cooperation in this case.
Police add foul play is not suspected in Jonathon's death.
Call police if you have any further information.
