Items stolen from fridge of Lakehouse restaurant in Lincoln.
A Niagara Falls man has been charged in connection to a break and enter that occurred at a Lincoln restaurant.
Police say just after 2:00 a.m. on January 27th, officers were dispatched to the Lakehouse restaurant on North Serivce Road.
Investigators determined an unknown man had smashed the front door to the restaurant, stole items from the fridge and damaged the cash register.
Officers also identified the truck driven by the suspect was stolen.
Facing charges is 32 year old Jeremy Boyer of Niagara Falls.
A future court date has been set.
