Motion defeated 185 to 151
A Conservative push to have the Liberal government present a plan to end federal vaccine mandates and restrictions by the end of this month has been defeated.
The motion was struck down 185 to 151, with most of the Liberals, NDP and Greens voting it down.
Interim Conservative Leader Candice Bergen says the Prime Minister has failed Canadians.
"He has failed to show leadership and instead of showing leadership, he has chosen to divide, to stigmatize and wedge Canadians. This is the mess he has created."
In recent weeks, Freedom Convoy protesters have been demonstrating across the country against federally-imposed vaccine mandates and restrictions.
