Niagara Falls Councillor Mike Strange was charged last year
Niagara Falls City Councillor Mike Strange has been found not guilty of assaulting his former partner.
In delivering his verdict the judge says he was left in a state of doubt as to Strange’s guilt saying the Crown had failed to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.
The councillor had been charged with domestic assault in May of last year.
