Star player Siakam out for now
The Toronto basketball team had to postpone last night's game after head coach Nick Nurse, five members of his staff and star forward Pascal Siakam were put on the league's COVID protocol list.
A statement from the NBA says because of positive test results and ongoing contract tracing, the Raptors did not have the league-required eight available players.
This is the first game the Raptors have had to reschedule because of the virus.
The Raptors have been playing their homes games in Florida because of restrictions on travel and the closure of the Canada-U.S. border.
