Lincoln man facing long list of charges
Police say they arrested 37 year old Adam Manuel of Lincoln at the corner of Niagara Street and Lakeshore Road after he had just dropped his children off at school and was spotted with an open can of beer on passenger seat of his car
He was showing signs of impairment and was asked by police to provide a breath sample.
As a result Manuel was charged with the following offences:
- Impaired Operation of a Conveyance
- Impaired Operation of a Conveyance
- Driving while under suspension
- Drive motor vehicle - no license
- Owner operate motor vehicle on a highway - no insurance
- Surrender false insurance card
- Knowingly use false insurance card
- Driving a motor vehicle with open container of liquor
