Governor Andrew Cuomo making another announcement yesterday updating and clarifying rules around weddings.
Wedding and special events can resume starting March 15th.
Under the new regulations, masks must be worn at all times except when seated or eating or drinking.
Ceremonial and socially-distanced dancing will be allowed under strict guidelines.
All patrons must be tested for COVID prior to the event.
The governor says they are also working to develop a rapid testing program to help venues.
