MPP Wayne Gates says three residents have died at a retirement home in Niagara Falls.
He says he spoke with Lundy Manor officials on Friday.
Niagara Region Public Health declared a COVID-19 outbreak at the facility on March 30th.
Dr. Mustafa Hirji, Niagara’s Acting Chief Medical Officer of Health, told the Niagara Falls Review on Saturday at there had been 13 confirmed cases of the virus associated with Lundy Manor.
COVID-19 outbreaks have also been reported at Albright Manor in Lincoln, Royal Rose Place in Welland, Rapelje Lodge in Welland and Seasons Welland.
