Jim Diodati is encouraging everyone to think twice before they post anything on social media.
The Mayor of Niagara Falls has posted another video on his Twitter page to explain the details of his new Social Media Neutral Zone.
He says its a place where people can exchange their thoughts and opinions online in a kind and positive manner.
He adds the goal is to lift people up, not tear them down.
Diodati says he couldn't find a Social Media Neutral Zone online so he's going to create one, starting with his own Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
He says anyone who chooses to be disrespectful will be deleted or blocked.
