It's Crossing Guard Appreciation Day in Ontario
The Ontario Traffic Council says today is the day we are encouraged to thank municipal crossing guards for the work they do in extreme cold, rain, snow, sleet and heat keeping our children safe on their way to and from school every day.
The city of Niagara Falls invited parents and students to go online and download a printable thank your card.
