Director of Planning says 2 are in the works
If you drive along Dorchester Road, between Lundy's Lane and Highway 420 in Niagara Falls, you'll notice some development.
Director of Planning Andrew Bryce tells us there are two condo buildings going in, one will have 67 units.
"It received approval from council last year, and they're starting site work on that, and going through conditions of condominium approval. So, anticipate in the near future they'll complete that and apply for permits," he says.
He adds the 2nd building, which is closer to the 420, will have 80 units, or apartments.
"That received approval from council a bit later on last year. I don't believe they've started any site work on that, and they'll be going through conditions of condominium approval," he says.
They're both in the same area as Salvation Army.
