Moore cites lower vaccine protection against Omicron
Ontario's top doctor says it may be time to re evaluate the effectiveness of the provinces vaccine passport requirements.
In a media briefing yesterday, Dr. Moore says with the vaccine being less effective against the Omicron variant, "we have to reassess some of the public health measures we put in place, reassess whether we maintain a proof-of-vaccine certification process given the decreased benefit against transmission."
But Moore says it will up to the government to make the final call.
