A transport truck driver wasn't hurt after a load of steel beams shifted, going into the sleeper part of the cab.
The OPP says it happened yesterday afternoon at Highway 3 and Highway 140 in Port Colborne.
The driver is charged with having an insecure load.
There's no word on what caused the steel beams to shift.
Police had to close the area for a short time to get the load removed from the cab and secured properly.
The Ministry of Transportation was called in to investigate.
