Niagara Regional Police releases latest list of impaired driving offenders
Eight people have been arrested for impaired driving after R.I.D.E. checks in Niagara.
The checks took place between February 27th and March 5th.
Charges were laid for driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample.
Police say each person also received a 90 day license suspension.
Impaired driving causes more deaths in Canada each year than any other crime.
