Niagara Regional Police release list of latest impaired driving offenders.
Eleven people are facing impaired driving charges following R.I.D.E. spot checks in Niagara.
Between December 20th and January 2nd, two people each from Fort Erie and Niagara Falls were arrested, along with one person each from Grimsby, Welland, Somerville, Massachuesetts, Port Colborne, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Stoney Creek and St. Catharines.
Each offender was charged with impaired driving by drugs or alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample.
The individuals also received a 90 day license suspension.
Members of the public who spot a suspected impaired driver can call Crime Stoppers or the Niagara Regional Police Service Traffic Safety Hotline.
