NRP received call about erratic driving in St. Catharines
Impaired driving and drug charges have been laid against a 39-year old St. Catharines man after police received reports of erratic driving.
Police got the call late last night from a driver who was following another vehicle, who said the vehicle ahead was being driven erratically, and bumping into curbs.
Police stopped the vehicle in question at Frank and Church Streets in St. Catharines, and believed the driver was impaired.
A search of the vehicle turned up suspected fentanyl and a number of pills.
Police have charged Daniel Denis Petrucci, who was released, and has a future court date at the end of this month in St. Catharines.
