Premier Ford questioned about whether mask mandates may be reinstated in schools.
Premier Doug Ford is encouraging Ontarians to wear a mask when they can.
Earlier today, the Premier was asked whether the province might consider bringing back mask mandates in schools.
The premier encouraged people to mask up in situations where they feel less safe, but stopped short of committing to any renewal of mask mandates.
He also encouraged residents to get the flu shot and make sure they're up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations.
A number of experts have been calling for a return to mask mandates in some settings as respiratory illnesses continue to rise.
