Police say 2 men were involved in a fight, the 28-year old man arrested later that night
A Fort Erie man has a bail hearing today after a Sunday afternoon shooting in Fort Erie.
The NRPS was called to the area of Niagara Boulevard and John Street just before 2:30 where they found a bullet casing.
Investigation found two men had been in an altercation but took off from the scene in a vehicle.
Later in the night the 28-year-old was arrested and charged.
No one was hurt.
