Event runs today in parking lot of downtown library
The Victoria Avenue library has teamed with Niagara's Mobile Closet to offer the event this afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00 in the parking lot.
Gently used clothing, toiletries and other necessities will be available free of charge, no questions asked.
