Update: Suspect from Niagara Falls arrested, after assault in a home in Niagara on the Lake
Update Monday night:
Police have arrested a 33-year old Niagara Falls man.
They say Nicholas B. Morinello is charged with:
- Break and Enter to Commit
- Sexual Interference
- Sexual Assault
Police say he remains in custody with a bail hearing on Tuesday.
Original Story:
A man is wanted by police after a break and enter, and sexual assault of a minor in Niagara on the Lake.
Officers were called at around 11:20, last night, to a home in the Wall Road and Four Mile Creek Road area for a break and enter.
They soon learned a girl under 15-years old was sexually assaulted.
They are looking for a white man, mid-30s, roughly 5'11, with a medium build, and last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, blue toque and black boots.
If you have video surveillance of the area from 10:30 to 11:30 last night, call police to help catch this person.
