Both sides plan to return to bargaining table Friday
Negotiations will resume Friday to try and settle the GO transit bus strike.
Around 2,200 bus operators, including bus station attendants and others, walked off the job Monday, continuing to shut down regional bus service across the Greater Golden Horseshoe for a second straight day yesterday.
Metrolinx, which operates GO Transit, says it is pleased the Amalgamated Transit Union is returning to the bargaining table and hopes an agreement can be reached.
