He says he'll take time to think of how to spoil his grandkids more, and whether he wants to retire or not, he likes working
A Grimsby man says he'll need time to think of how to spoil his grandkids after winning the lottery.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says William Post just won $100,000 playing Encore in the July 25th Lotto Max draw.
The welder and fitter says it's part of his weekly ritual, picking Lotto Max and Lotto 6/49.
He says when the ticket was validated, the terminal froze, and the cashier seemed more excited than he was... he couldn't say anything when he handed the winning ticket to his wife.
He says he'll take some time to decide what to do now, possibly retire, but he likes his work.
The ticket was bought at Apple Tree Convenience on Main Street West in Grimsby.
