Hamilton Health Sciences says staff members found "threatening" anti-vaccine flyers in the parking lot of one of its hospitals.
The hospital network says the flyers were being distributed in the parking lots at Hamilton General Hospital.
The flyers reportedly promote ignoring public health advice, "warning" that medical practitioners, nurses and doctors "will be on trial for war crimes and held responsible."
Hamilton Health Sciences says police were notified, and security is keeping a watchful eye on the area.
Hamilton police have documented the incident, but aren't investigating since no criminal actions happened.
