Tucker Tynan has been discharged from hospital, and now he's going home.
The Niagara IceDogs shared the news on Twitter today. The 17-year-old goalie is heading back to Chicago to rest and recover.
He was severely cut by a skate during Thursday's game against the London Knights.
Tynan had to undergo emergency surgery, but he was up and moving on crutches on Sunday.
