Two illegal cannabis stores in Niagara have been shut down by police, and two people arrested.
In June, police searched a St. Catharines store called "420 Zone", found it did not have authorization, and they found illegal product.
33-year old Tyrel Russell of Hamilton was charged, as was 38-year old Charlie Rodgers of Welland.
Both were released with November court dates.
Then, in July, police searched "Fun Guyz" in Welland, shutting that down too.
And, on August 27th, police arrested Tyrel Russell for break and enter at Fun Guyz, he had a bail hearing, released with an October court date.
Both men have to answer to numerous charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking.
