We spoke with Liberal candidate Andrea Kaiser today, as we continue to profile the candidates running for election in Niagara Falls.
Andrea Kaiser is once running for election for the Liberals in the Niagara Falls riding.
The former town councilor previously ran in 2019, after stepping away from politics for ten years.
Kaiser says her return to politics was sparked by her passion on the issue of climate change.
"I was really inspired by the climate action taken by the Liberal government during that time."
She also notes that pandemic recovery and vaccines are key issues heading into the election.
"We are having an election because we have a really important decision to make about how we end this pandemic. And that decision is based around vaccines."
Kaiser is running in Niagara Falls against NDP candidate Brian Barker, Melanie Holm from the Green party, Conservative incumbent Tony Baldinelli and People's Party of Canada candidate Peter Taras.
