Police say more charges are pending
A second criminal charge has been laid in connection with Saturday's protest in Niagara Falls.
Police have charged 30 year old Cullen McDonald of Lincoln with common nuisance/endangering the lives or safety of the public.
Earlier yesterday afternoon police levelled the same charge against 43 year old Alicia Hirter of St. Catharines.
Police say further charges are pending, in addition to those issued by Niagara Regional by-law to other attendees of the event.
