Former councilor passed away on October 27th.
The Town of Lincoln is paying tribute to former Town Councilor and Regional Councilor Jill Hilldreth.
Flags have been lowered outside Lincoln Town Hall in honour of Hilldreth, who died on October 27th.
She served on Lincoln town council for a decade, and was a Regional Councilor for 18 years.
Hilldreth was also a founding member of the Lincoln Garden Club and Horticultural Society.
