The Niagara Poverty Reduction Network says AEC Solutions is the region's latest certified living wage employer.
The living wage reflects what earners need to be paid to live and participate in the community.
Niagara's living wage is $19.80 an hour.
To date, over 90 employers in the region have made the pledge.
