Niagara Falls home searched
A Niagara Falls man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
In July, police kicked off an investigation after a user posted child pornography on social media.
Yesterday, police searched a home in Niagara Falls, and 19 year old Richard Stapells was arrested.
He faces the following charges:
He remains in custody, pending a bail hearing.
