Man Arrested for Child Luring/Child Porn

NRP began looking into this in January, have given online names used to lure children

Police have caught a 34-year old St. Catharines man, arrested for using the internet for meeting children for sexual purposes.

They began an investigation in January, with the help of Brantford police.

Back in February they searched a St. Catharines home, finding some electronic devices, and arresting Jordan Bolger.

  • Luring a Child via Telecommunication to Facilitate Making Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
  • Possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
  • Fail to Comply with Prohibition Order (2 counts)

Today, police finished their review of the devices, and added more child porn related charges.

  • Make Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material

Police say the suspect been in custody ever since, and has a court appearance later this month.

He goes by the online names Jay, N#1, and Aljayn01.
