Police say this happened over a 3-day period in Grimsby, St. Catharines and Niagara on the Lake
Police have arrested a Niagara on the Lake man over indecent acts and assaults, and say there could be more victims.
They say this happened over a 3-day period; once several women were approached by a man at a Grimsby liquor store, making sexual gestures and comments.
On another occasion, police say a man assaulted a woman working at a St. Catharines cannabis store, and, in another unrelated case, a man threw a bottle of water at a man working at a farm in Niagara on the Lake.
Yesterday, police arrested Kenneth Bettes, charged with:
- 3 counts of Criminal Harassment
- Assault
- Indecent Act
- Assault with a Weapon
Police have added a description of him in the hope other victims come forward.
