The crash happened in Pelham last month, when a vehicle rear ended another
Police have charged a Wainfleet man with Dangerous Driving Causing Death after a crash in Pelham on March 1st.
It happened before dawn on Victoria Avenue, near Wiley, when a northbound Lincoln rearended a northbound Chevy.
The Chevy ended up in the ditch, the 71-year old man from Burlington driving was taken to hospital with what were considered non life threatening injuries.
Police say sadly he died a few days later.
The driver of the Lincoln, 21- year old Mitchell Tinney was charged at the scene, but yesterday they arrested him for the above mentioned charge.
He had a bail hearing yesterday, police also thanking the public for helping in this case.
