Police made the arrest in Port Colborne, after investigating the uploading of online material
A 63-year old Port Colborne man is facing a number of child pornography charges.
Police say they started last month looking into the uploading of material online in connection to this case.
Earlier today, police used a search warrant at a home in Port Colborne, and found a number of electronic devices.
Don Victor Herbert has been charged with possession, accessing and making child porn available.
He remains in custody and has a bail hearing today in St. Catharines.
