A man was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries following a stabbing in Welland.
Police have made an arrest in connection to a stabbing in Welland.
Around 2:00 p.m. yesterday, officers were called to the area of Patsy Avenue and 6th Street.
A man in his thirties was found with serious stab wounds, and was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators say a suspect was located and arrested nearby.
Forty-four year old Darren John Verge of Welland has been charged with aggravated assault and failing to comply with a probation order.
