Police are looking for a man wanted after an assault in St. Catharines, that's being considered a hate crime.
Officers were called Saturday night to the St. Paul and Bond Street area, to find a 25-year old man from Welland with serious injuries, he was taken to hospital.
Police learned a verbal interaction led to a fight.
41-year old Samantha Jacobs of St. Catharines was arrested at the scene, charged with assault causing bodily harm, she had a bail hearing Sunday.
Police are looking for:
- Male
- White
- 30-45 years old
- Approximately 5’11” tall
- 175-185 lbs
- Wearing black jeans and a white and green flannel jacket
- Possible name of “Will”
