Police need your help to find a man they say assaulted a 10-year old girl at the St. Catharines library.
It was back on April 22nd when police were called to the library on Church Street.
They learned on the 19th, at around 4:15pm, an unknown man approached the girl in the library.
There was a brief conversation, police say he then grabbed her arm.
He then let her go, left the library, and the girl was not physically injured.
Police are looking for 40-year old Frederick Joseph Pelchat, of no fixed address in St. Catharines, wanted for assault.
If you see him, do not approach, but call police.
