Welland Mayor Frank Campion will share his vision for 2020, during the fourth annual fundraising breakfast.
It will take over the Blue Star Restaurant on Thursday February 20th.
Everything will get started at 8:00 a.m. and it should wrap up by 10:00 a.m.
Tickets are on sale now for $40 each.
All the proceeds will go to United Way Niagara.
